สวัสดีครับ
I graduated from the world's top university from the UK with a Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing with a 2nd class honour krub. I'm currently working for องค์การมหาชน (Government agency) for exactly one year but found that working for such an organization, with the management style is not my cup of tea krub -_-". Prior to move back to Bangkok, I was employed by one of the world's regarded Tech company which I worked there for about 6 months. Sadly, I have to leave the company because of the family problem I have in Bangkok
I really missed the unconventional management style that the company has deployed, there are no seniority, everyone basically have their right to express their thoughts and opinions without having to concern about what level you are at. Coming back and working for a public organization is like a nightmare for me...very high in hierarchy...and no matter how hard I work, I would not be able to shine and climb up the organization ladder like in the MNCs.
I'm considering applying for Management Trainee at Unilever. Actually I did applied for the job by filling out the online application form and completed the online test. I've already got a phone interview with the HR dept. and was invited for the assessment day.
However, due to limited resources available on the internet about the compensation + benefits & perks for this programme and the insights on assessment day, it would be great if any experienced people in Phantip could share some of these valuable insights with me
I would be delighted to know about
1. compensation package + benefits and perks for Unilever Management trainee programme
2. Assessment day sample questions and guidelines (tips and tricks would be very much appreciated)
Sorry for being very frank about asking, but I'm really desperate to know jing jing krub.
Thank youuuuu
**Sorry for my poor English na krub
