One said “history always tells you what is going on now and what is about to happen.” Then I looked back in the past and searched who were the great leaders. I have come up with many such as Margaret Thatcher, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and etc. Actually, I have wracked my mind and heart for what I ought to say to you today. I have asked myself what I wish to discover from them. Suddenly, I realized that those people had one thing in common. They were all respectable and admirable which became my answer. Reverence is a desirable competency for leadership. By the way, leadership is not a noun. It is a verb. It is acting and moving. It is what you have done to make people respect in you. In this content, what you have done means your achievements and accomplishments that require you the following things.
The end is the aim. Therefore you have to plan since the beginning, consider the possible obstacles and turning points that may lead you to the opposite termination. 415 BC, the Athens attempted to conquer Sicily due to believing in their power. Unfortunately, their leader did not plan the strategy carefully, He did not think about the distance between Athens and the island that would debilitate the army. He elided the old enemies of Athens that might attack during the long march. The impact of the defeat was immense. The Athens was lost in a single stroke. In the war, once the pattern was used, it cannot use again. The heart is which one of the leaders is better to apply the new tactic.
The moment of success is exactly the moment of jeopardy. Among the vehemence of victory, the arrogant and confident will push you to span the real goal.
