- Kerry Washington จาก Scandal ที่พักหลังๆ ได้เข้าชิงรางวัลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ มาคราวนี้กลับไม่ได้ชิง

- Tatiana Maslany!!!!!!!!!!! ในที่สุดก็ได้เข้าชิง SAG ซะที ถ้า Emmy ไม่อยากเป็นรางวัลงี่เง่าเต่าล่านปี ก็ต้องเสนอชื่อเธอได้แล้ว แต่ตัวเต็งของสาขานี้น่าจะหนีไม่พ้น Viola Davis

- Julianna Margulies กลับเข้ามาอีกครั้งหลังจากหลุดโผไปเมื่อปีที่แล้ว แต่ The Good Wife ก็ยังกลับเข้ามาในสาขา Ensemble ไม่ได้อยู่ดี

- กระแส Crazy Eyes มาแรงมาก Uzo Aduba เบียดเข้ามาชิงกับนักแสดงตัวแม่ขาประจำได้

- William H. Macy จาก Shameless พอย้ายมาแข่งในสาขา Comedy ก็ได้เข้าชิงทันที

- Eric Stonestreet จาก Modern Family และ Louis C.K. จาก Louie ก็กลับมาหลังจากปีที่แล้วไม่ได้เข้าชิง

- True Detective ไม่ได้เข้าชิงสาขา Ensemble น่าจะเป็นเพราะซีรีส์เรื่องนี้คือ the two-man show ตัวละครที่เหลือถูกลืมหมด

- Martin Freeman ที่มีผลงาน 2 เรื่องจากทั้ง Sherlock และ Fargo กลับไม่ได้เข้าชิงซักเรื่อง

- Allison Tolman จาก Fargo ก็ไม่ได้เข้าชิง เพราะสาขาของเธอมีแต่นักแสดงตัวแม่ทั้งนั้น

- Steve Buscemi และทีมนักแสดงจาก Boardwalk Empire ที่พึ่งอวสานไปนี้ได้เข้าชิงครบทุกปีที่ฉาย ไม่เคยพลาด ขนาดซีรีส์ระดับพระกาฬอย่าง Mad Men กับ Breaking Bad ยังไม่สามารถทำได้

- Benedict Cumberbatch นอกจากจะได้เข้าชิงจาก Sherlock แล้ว ยังได้เข้าชิงจากการแสดงภาพยนตร์เรื่อง The Imitation Game อีกสองรางวัลด้วย

- Mark Ruffalo ได้เข้าชิงจากทั้งฝั่งทีวีในเรื่อง The Normal Heart และฝั่งภาพยนตร์ในเรื่อง Foxcatcher
