Too many simple mistakes. I gave up pointing out the errors.
Steve Chen was born in august 1978 in Taiwan. When he was eight year old, he came to the United States and settled in suburban Chicago with his family. During his teens, he studied at both John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights and the Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy. Later, he began his computer science studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995 before he quit university just a few credits short of his degree to work at PayPal, the e-commerce Internet site for money transfers and payments, in 1999. There, he met Chad Hurley. Chen and Chad set to work on creating what became Youtube in February 2005. They put up a preview version of YouTube in May 2005. In December 2005, Chen and Chad officially launched YouTube. During the first months of 2006, Chen and Chad became famous almost immediately, and the number of users and available video clips multiplied daily. Barely a year after YouTube’s launch, 100 million videos were available in its searchable archive, with new ones added at a rate of 65,000 daily. The site received 34 million unique visitors each month, making it one of the top ten most-visited web sites in the world. In October 2006, Google bought YouTube for $1.65 billion. Chen and Chad became household names and the newest millionaires.
