You might face the same sitation again there.

My suggestion is : Is it possible to go to your sister?
Or she lives with her husband and you might run from tiger and meet the crocodile
there?

In the meantime if you have no place to go, stay in your room.
I don't know what kind of door lock at your rented room.
If you can lock with extra key, then buy it.
You might also install the lock inside the room as well, so you can sleep well
at night.

Maybe someon can post the picture of the lock/ or suggest her how to put
a safety lock inside. I mean the easy one to install. No comlicated technic
just a simply one. Thanks
