TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All Participants: 18 years old or over who accept all the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
2. Promotion Organizer: Ukraine International Airlines (UIA).
3. The duration of this Promotion is from 18 August to 15 September 2014 inclusive.
4. The Winner of this Promotion will be entitled to receive a reward*: a Certificate for one return economy class ticket
for a scheduled flight operated by UIA under the PS code with departure from Bangkok to one of the listed destinations.
5. To participate in this Promotion, complete the Application Form.
6. Each Participant may sign up for this Promotion once.
8. The Winner of this Promotion will be determined in a random draw using random.org among those participants who
have complied with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
9. The Winner will be announced between 16 and 18 September 2014 on www.facebook.com/FlyUIA.
10. Only the Winner of this Promotion is entitled to the reward stipulated in Article 4.
11. The reward’s value will not be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
12. Employees of the Organizer, third party suppliers and their close family members (husband, wife, children, brothers,
sisters, or parents) are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and dates of this Promotion, announcing the Winner, the
nature and number of prizes and other information as well as to cancel this Promotion at any moment without any
prior notice.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to not choose the Winner in case this Promotion gets cancelled or in case a Force
Major event occurs.
15. The Organizer’s decisions regarding this Promotion shall be final and without appeal.
THE PROMOTION REWARD*:
The Winner of this Promotion will be entitled to the following reward based on the Promotion results – a Certificate for one return economy class ticket for scheduled UIA flights PS 001-999 (with the exception of the Bangkok – New York route) with departure from Bangkok to one of the following destinations:
Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Odessa), Europe (Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Geneva, Helsinki, Istanbul, Larnaca, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Munich, Milan, Paris, Prague, Rome, Stockholm, Warsaw, Vienna, Vilnius, Zurich), Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad), Israel (Tel Aviv), Azerbaijan (Baku), Georgia (Tbilisi), Armenia (Yerevan).
* IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Round-trip economy class ticket can be issued using the Certificate upon tickets availability for selected travel dates and one of the
above-listed routes.
• A “Certificate for one round-trip ticket reward” means its purchase for 1 USD including VAT.
• The holder of this Certificate is exempt from paying airport taxes and surcharges.
• The Certificate is valid for travel from 18 September 2014 to 15 March 2015 (with the exception of the period 15 December 2014 –
15 January 2015). The journey using this Certificate must be completed by 15 March 2015.
