Please be informed that effective 01 June 2014, Surabaya – Bangkok and Bangkok – Surabaya route will be cancelled.

If you are traveling after 01 June 2014, AirAsia Indonesia offers the following travel/ recovery options:



1.     Full refund.
2.     Deposit in form of Credit shell equivalent to the value of the confirmed booking to be used for payment of any AirAsia tickets. Credit shell is valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of issue.
3.     Reschedule to before 01 June 2014 at no additional cost and subject to availability.
