Madam,
1. On behalf of West African Millennium Development commission (WAMDCOM) Tender Board, Ghana Chapter, I write to inform you that the corrections on the Draft Sales/ Purchase contract Agreement sent to you has been taken noted as stated by you. All corrections will be corrected on the Original Hard Copies and shall be given to the representing lawyer to send across to you before the signing date if you are unable to come in person.
2. We shall arrange for the shipping cost as soon as all formalities are been completed and we shall also inform you if you are the one to arrange for the shipment we shall inform our shipping agency to take care of the shipment which we shall take care of the shipping cost as your invoice is only on Fob basis.
3. Regarding the signing and registration of the original copy of the SPA, Note: This is an UPFRONT payment which we have to pay in advance before shipment, for this reason the contract agreement (SPA) have to be signed one on one either by your company Director/ representative or an accredited attorney who is registered with WAMDCOM as explained.
As stated in the Award Letter, If you are not able to visit our office in Ghana within the given period, you can contact the below registered lawyer and solicit with him for the signing and registration of the contract documents at the court on your behalf for prompt payment immediately after the signing and legalization.
