สอบถามหน่อยค่ะ คือเราต้องเข้าไปกรอก ds 160 เพื่อทำเรื่องขอ visa ไปอเมริกา
ทีนี้ตอนแรกที่เข้าไปกรอก ขนาดไฟล์รูปที่มีมันใหญ่ไป จึงยัง upload ไม่ได้ ก็เลย save ข้อมูลไว้ก่อน
หลังจากแก้ไขเรื่องขนาดรูปแล้ว จะเข้าไปกรอกข้อมูลต่อ พบว่าพอเข้าไปถึงหน้าที่มันแสดงประวัติเรา (Personal Information 1)
เราลองกดปุ่ม save หรือ next personal 2 แล้วมันขึ้นว่า application error

ซึ่งลองทำหลายครั้งแล้ว ลองเข้ากับ chrome, firefox, internet explorer ก็ทำไม่ได้เลย
ไม่ทราบใครพอรู้วิธีแก้ ช่วยตอบหน่อยค่ะ
