ในสถานการณ์ที่การเมืองอันเหลวแหลกจอมปลอมของไทยกำลังร้อนระอุจนใกล้ถึงจุดแตกหักเข้ามาทุกที ด้วยความเก็บกดของช่างภาพคนไทยสองคนที่ได้มาเจอกันโดยบังเอิญและอยากจะถ่ายทอดอารมย์เรื่องราวของการประท้วงต่อต้านc\รัฐบาลในมุมมองของทั้งสองคนในรูปแบบงานแฟชั่นเซ็ท ซึ่งสื่อออกมาในภาพชุด | S H U T D O W N | ทั้ง 16 ภาพซึ่งอิงเรื่องราวและสถานการณ์จริงที่เกิดขึ้นใน "บ้านอันเน่าเหม็น" ของเรา ซึ่งทั้งทอมและมาร์ตี้ตั้งใจถ่ายทอดความรู้สึกที่ทั้งสองได้รับรู้จากการเสพข่าวสารจากทั้งสิ่งพิมพ์และโซเชียลมีเดียมาสะท้อนสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบันอันหดหู่ในช่วงที่ประเทศไทยกำลังเผชิญกับวิกฤตการเมืองซึ่งมีทั้งเรื่องจริงและข่าวลือ ซึ่งทั้งสองหวังอยากจะถามพวกคุณทั้งหลายว่าไม่ว่าคุณจะเป็นฝ่ายไหน พวกคุณกำลังทำอะไรอยู่และสิ่งที่คุณทำอยู่นี้คือสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดแล้วสำหรับบ้านของเรา หรือว่ามันเป็นแค่มายาบ้าบอที่เราโดนชักใยเพื่อผลประโยชน์ของคนไม่กี่คนไปวันๆ
