Luggage/ Parcel storage Policy
(Exclusive for staying customers):
Before check-in: We can keep guest luggage before check in (3PM) . This service is for free so that you can start exploring Tokyo without wasting time! However fees are charged for storing parcel or luggage before check in date. The price depends on the number of pieces, size and the days that’s been stored. The parcel or luggage has to arrive no more then 3days before your check in date. Please make sure that the item has been paid. We do not accept any COD (Cash on delivery). The item has to match your reservation name in English; also please put in the check in date. If we cannot find you in our system we will not accept the item when it arrives.
The prices are, up to 3 items it will be 3000JPY from 4-6 items it will be 6000JPY.
Payment will be made on arrival. No refund is available on this service.
