"EES is turned off" message is supposed to be just for your information. There is no error and should continue to boot after pressing a key on the keyboard.
I assume you've already pressed Enter and there is no response. If you're using a USB keyboard, then go to BIOS setup, Integrated Peripherals, USB Keyboard Support change from Disabled to Enabled. The "Press any key to continue" should work after this setting.
When you've loaded Windows, you should run the Easy Energy Saver software to enable EES. It can become disabled during an improper shutdown.
