There are some problems need your urgently solving.
1. Relocate the computer at the cashier counter, to prevent the data on the screen might be glanced by customer. New location should be based on the layout given by Mr.A. ( or, Please discuss with Mr.A for its new location ).
2. Follow up the status of new computer and ensure that it has been sent to our store completely. Then please support Store Staff for installation.
3. Need to check up with Mr.A and solve the problem at shop fronts as follows:
- Cash register is still process the data very slow. ( เครื่องคิดเงินที่แคชเชียร์คิดเงินช้ามาก )
- The handheld scanner rejects entering the data.
- To ensure that the prices shown on the scanner are updated as the 1st of October 2013.
4. Account Dept. ask for the reimbursement of hotel bill ( or hotel cost? ) on your Japan trip on 10th-20th July 2013. It need to clear before the end of this month. Please let me know if you lost the bill so that I will contact the hotel to fax me a copy one.
( In situation #4 Our manager forgot to reimburse the hotel room fare from his previous trip that quite long time ago. He told me that he can’t find the bill. The problem is that Account can’t clear the budget.
