The new first team player, who was welcomed by President Florentino Perez, showed his enthusiasm at this new stage of his career: "It is amazing to b and is a dream come true. I want to help the team succeed and hopefully help win the Tenth". The Welshman also addressed the crowd with a few words in Spanish: "It's a dream for me to play for Real Madrid, thanks for this great reception. Hala Madrid!".
