I travel from geylang to changi airport and taxi meter shown 13.97 sgd(I should pay 14) but the taxi told me to pay 17 sgd include airport fee despite the meter shown 13.97.Is the taxi driver tricky,cheat me or it is correct.Please tell me thanks so much
