your visa has been granted. Please collect your passport from Monday - Friday between 11.00-12.00 am. Please bring a copy of this E-mail and your receipt when you come to pick up the visa.

In case that you are not able to collect the passport in person, you need to present a letter of authority to HIS/HER on your behalf.
