I  have received, as compensation for the damages to the said boats, a total amount of xxx- Baht , which I accept as full and final settlement for any and all past, present or future claims, liabilities or causes of action of whatsoever nature in connection with the damage to the said fishing net (“claims”) and I unconditionally and irrevocably and forever releases the Payer of all and any claims.
