We must apologize for any inconveniences that occurred during  the delivery of your order.
The delay was caused by the additional cost required to obtain the item needed.

Here is your updated invoice.

1. Bike Wheel(s): 4,500 B  (previous price of 1,500 B)
2. Spray paint for cars: 5,500 B (previous price of 4,500 B)

The total sum of the additional cost is 4000 B.
But since there was a critical mistake in our service, we've reduced the additional cost to 1,500 B to compensate for the delay.

To the total of the current sum of: 28,500 B
