YES this is what im looking for, its very very perfect place for me and my friends. so I would like to know a little bit more information like this monthly rate is NOT per person, right? Or are there any rules about maximum people per room? This rate is includes gad, water, AC or any maintenance, right?

I would like to stay at Hawaii since 9March to 10June with my friends together.

Please attach your room photos and the contract for me. And details about payment method for reserve your room.

There is no rule about maximum people per room, and there is no extra fee, the maintenance and utilities fees are included in the monthly rent. I have sent pictures attached, if this is what you are looking for, get back at me for lease contract review and reservation details for booking.

The apartment will be available for your propose move in date March 9thto June 6th, if only you make booking now for it. If you really need this apartment March 9th, i will advice you make reservation to book the condo for your proposed stay before someone else book.  

To book the apartment you will make deposit for the first month rental fee of $1,450 plus a refundable security deposit of $1,400 which amount to $2,850.

You will also be filling the lease contract form, and the completed form will be email back to me for reservation.  

Please let me know if you wish to proceed so i can forward lease contract and reservation details for booking.

If you really need this apartment i will advice you make reservation to book the apartment for your proposed stay before someone else book.  

I have sent lease contract attached to this email and make sure that you go through the lease contract carefully and if you agree to the terms and conditions of the apartment you can go ahead and make deposit now to secure it to enable me reserve the apartment for upon your move in date.

I am a man that always keeps to his words; i am telling you this because someone was pleading with me yesterday to make deposit to secure the apartment, but i told her that someone has already made reservation, that you will be making deposit that same yesterday which did not happen.
