   Siam Commercial Bank PCL (“SCB”) would like to express our gratitude for your reliance on our overseas fund transfer service via SCB Easy Net.

   According to Bank of Thailand (“BOT”) regulations concerning Overseas Fund Transfers stating thatany overseas fund transfer shall be accompanied by up-to-date documentary evidence,we are obliged to request your submission of updated documents every two years. By this letter, you are requested to kindly submit to us the necessary supporting documents(see details below) for processing fund transfers within one month,from the date of receiving this notification. In the event that the required documents have not reached us within the prescribed period,we may have no other choice but to suspend your overseas fund transfer capability via SCB Easy Net for the time being.In that case, we will promptly reactivate fund transfers for your overseas remittance via SCB Easy Net once we receive the required documents from you.

   List of Required Documents:

    Thai citizens with permanent residence overseas are required to submit official evidence confirming that they are allowed to permanently settle there.

    Thai citizens wishing to transfer funds overseas for family members or relatives permitted to permanently settle overseas are required to submit official evidence

    showing that the fund recipient is allowed to permanently settle there.
    Thai citizens transferring funds for tuition fees of a Thai student overseas are required to submit educational evidence, e.g. confirmation letter issued by an academic institute.

    Foreigners are required to submit evidence such as salary confirmation or salary s lips issued by their employers in Thailand.

    All cases mentioned above require identification documents, e.g. ID card or passport.



There are three ways to deliver your documents to us:


   a) Fax your documents addressed to Team Manager, Remittance and Exchange Control, to 02-256-1913-5, followed by a confirmation call by dialing 02-256-1890, 02-256-1886.

   b) Email your scanned documents with 'certified true copy' written or stamped on each page via thise-mail address: scbeasynet_ift@scb.co.th

   c) Mail your documents to:
       Team Manager, Remittance and Exchange Control
       International Trade and Remittance Operations Division
       Siam Commercial Bank PCL
      &nbs p;1060, 2nd Building, 4th Floor, Phetburi Road
       Makkasan, Ratchathaywee
       Bangkok 10400


Please be informed accordingly. Kindly submit your supporting documents within the specified period.
